瑞典的銀行服務是這樣的 @@
早上打了客服電話去 求助 網上BANK ID 卡被鎖住
銀行小姐竟以斥責口吻 第一句話就說
"妳第一次按時是按什密碼?"
(密碼機密碼...)
"按錯了為什再按一次??"
(口不說咱心裡是想 可能沒按清楚 再按一下咩^^)
"妳為什按錯這麼多次!!"
(想說再換個碼按看看啊,
因為是第一次使用這新的網用Bank ID機 其實就像台灣的ATM機)
哇哩咧 小姐 這是我今早第二通電話了
第一通那先生沒交代清楚我還沒怪責你們服務不周
第二通電話 也不知是客服小姐有起床氣 一大早就氣哄哄的
@@ 咱心裡也再 "按" 了好幾次!
哪門子的服務啊 咱不是打來讓妳責備我的不是!!
台灣的朋友好好惜福啊 !!國外的客服真的 很難令人服氣!
This is how the Swedish Bank Customer Service works ~
I called the bank customer service this morning for asking help to unlock my bank card that I was supposed to log on webside by using BANK ID machine
The bank clerk lady reponsed for the very first phrase in a angry blaming sound as
"What did you press for the pass word code the very first time?
( i replied : the digit pass machine's code...)
" so why did you press again when you already pressed wrong code??"
(I remained silent in a shocked way and sub my mind i thought i might not press it right so i pressed again^^)
" Why did you press so many times !!"
(sub my mind was thinking instead of telling that I thought to try again as this is very first time i used the swedish BankID machine @@.)
But hey Bank Clerk Lady ,
This is my second call this morning
Which becus the first bank Clerk Man didnt explain well that I cant use the card as BANK ID yet until I received the new code by letter which he only specified as I can use the card soon as he unclock the card through the phone process!!
Even I double checked with him
and I DIDNT BLAME him to make me CALL AGAIN!
Second call for the Bank Clerk Lady ,
I am not sure if she got up from the wrong side of the bed this morning
or just having her morning grumping mood by using her rude mad tone on giving customer service
Honestly in Taiwan or Asia
Customer service treat the customer as VIP!
They do not blame for customer's innocent mistake.
Sigh ~ have a good laugh ~
